We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must also have all tags attached.

We offer exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must also have all tags attached.

3. Non-returnable and Non-exchangeable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with the correct information to return your order.
  • Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method’s policies.

6. Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the exchange process. We will ship the exchanged item to you promptly, subject to availability.

7. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund as needed.
