Our pre-order event allows you to reserve upcoming Thrill-Wear items before they are officially released. When you place a pre-order, your payment will be processed immediately to secure your item. Once the items are in stock, they will be shipped to you on a priority basis. You will receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping date.
 We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other popular digital payment options.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier’s tracking system. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thrill-wear.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been dispatched.

Orders & delivery
We currently ship to The Netherlands and Belgium! We hope to bring Thrill-Wear to multiple countries as soon as possible!
Standard shipping costs are €4.95. We offer free shipping above a total amount of €50!
Standard shipping takes 1 – 3 days.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thrill-wear.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched.
If you have placed multiple orders and would like to combine them into one shipment, please contact us at info@thrill-wear.com as soon as possible. If the orders have not yet been processed, we will do our best to combine them and reduce your shipping costs.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@thrill-wear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and ensure you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned or exchanged directly with the retailer from which they were purchased, in accordance with their return and exchange policies. We can only process returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our webshop.
